It seems that my friends at the New York Times may have missed the story. How could that be?
For all this talk of "Change", are we to believe that Obama's foreign policy starts with a re-run of Iran-Contra? This time, instead of delaying the release of hostages until after the inauguration, it's negotiating the withdrawal of troops. And since we know it was Obama himself who did this (not mysterious Reagan staff members), you would think that prosecution would be straightforward. Notice how the "denials" from the Obama campaign use words like "distortion", which falls well short of "it didn't happen."
